SMTP Settings

Enable Email Notifications Master switch — when disabled, no emails will be sent.

SMTP Server

e.g. smtp.gmail.com, smtp.office365.com

SMTP Port

587 (TLS) | 465 (SSL) | 25 (unencrypted)

Use TLS Encryption Recommended for port 587.

SMTP Username

Usually your email address.

SMTP Password

For Gmail, use an app-specific password.

Recipient Emails

One email address per line.

Scheduled Reports

Regular system status reports with host online/offline status and recent update history.

Error Notifications

Immediate alerts when system updates fail, including error details and troubleshooting info.

HTML Emails

Professional HTML-formatted emails with rich formatting for better readability.

Gmail: Use an app-specific password. Enable 2FA and generate an app password in Google Account settings.
Office 365: Use your full email address as username and enable Modern Authentication if required.
Security: The SMTP password is stored encrypted in the data folder and is never shown again after saving.
Testing: Use "Send Test Email" to verify your configuration before enabling automatic reports.
Port: Port 587 with TLS is recommended for most providers.
